La Alegría Riojana is specialized in the production of high-quality sausages and marinades since 1949. It combines tradition, innovation and heart, for the development of a wide range of products, among which its 100% Natural line of authentic Riojan chorizo stands out. IGP.
Its production center is located in Camprovín, in the heart of the Sierra de Moncalvillo, a privileged position for natural drying and curing, thanks to the climate and the 673 meters of altitude we have above sea level. Which also gives a characteristic flavor to its products, traditional by nature.
Since 2021, it has been part of the Costa Food Group meat holding company, one of the leading meat groups at the national level and the second Spanish producer in the pork sector. The imprint of La Alegría Riojana is fully aligned with the objective of Costa Food Group: to be natural from the origin.
